Federal Express Air We charge a flat rate of $11.95 for all orders shipped via Federal Express Air). Order processing time is 1-5 days and transit time to most cities west of the Rockies is 2 days and to most cities east of the Rockies is 3 days. So the total time from when the order is placed to when it is delivered is 3-8 days depending on the items ordered and your location. Our courier does not deliver on weekends or to PO box addresses. Federal Express International We ship to most countries around the world via FedEx International, which takes 4 days to go from the United States to the destination country. Once the package reaches your country, it can take several more days for delivery.
Tax We charge required Hawaii State excise tax of 4.166% to Hawaii residents only. US Priority Mail Hawaiian Shirt Shop charges a flat rate of $5.95 for Parcel Post. However you MUST send me an email saying that you want it shipped that way as it will take up to two weeks for you to reactive your order. Most orders ship within 1-5 business days of receipt. If an item runs out before it is shipped, your order may split into multiple shipments. Returns and Exchanges If you need to exchange your item for a different size, you can send the item back to us in its original condition along with the receipt and instructions on what size you want and we will send the new item to you. If you want to return an item for a refund, simply ship the item back to us in its original condition along with the receipt for a refund. There is a 10% restocking fee for all returns. There is no fee for exchanges however there will be shipping charges and this is non negotiable. Please send an email with your order number and we will make a new order with no charge for the clothing but there will be new shipping charges. . Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
